What’s the status of my order?

Go to My Account > Orders and click on the order number to review the status of your order along with the tracking information.

How can I cancel an order after placing it?

You can directly cancel an order that has been recently placed by navigating to My Account > Orders

If the order has further processed and is in transit then it’s not possible to cancel it and if it is rejected at the time of delivery, then we will refund you once the product reaches back to us in case of prepaid orders.

How long does it take to ship the orders?

We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day.

The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. We do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders, however, it’s possible that occasional delays may sometimes happen on a case to case basis.

In a very rare case, that your order has not been delivered even after 45 days of purchase, we can give you a full refund for it after a successful return initiation by the courier company.

Please note that mydogcollars.com is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations.

What if the delivery that I received is damaged?

In rare cases of transport damage,

  • If you found the product damaged/tampered, please reject it at delivery and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary.
  • For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video
    evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.

mydogcollars.com never stores your credit/debit card information. Your card information is securely processed with our payment gateway partners, which have a highly secured and trusted connection.


Are the Prices Inclusive of Taxes on the website?

Yes, the prices for all the products listed on the website are inclusive of all the taxes.


What is a Payment Gateway?

Payment Gateways are online payment processors who accept and validate Internet payments via Credit Card from the end customers in real-time. They provide a secure link between our website, various issuing institutions, acquiring Banks and the payment gateway providers.

What is a promo coupon?

To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo coupons. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts.


Can I club two coupons in one purchase?

Multiple coupons cannot be applied at the same time.


How do I use a promo code?

Once you are on the checkout page, simply add and apply the coupon you want to use.

What are the cases where we accept a Return, Refund or Replacement?

We would be happy to issue Return, Refunds or Replacements within 7 days of order delivery on the rare occasion of a mistake attributable to us including: Wrong Item Delivered, Transport Related Damage, Ordered Item Unavailable or Order Undeliverable.

To be eligible for it, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.


What happens if the product is damaged during transportation?

In rare cases of transport damage,

  • If you found the product damaged/tampered, please reject it at delivery and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary.
  • For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video
    evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.

What happens if I got a notification that my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it?

In an extremely rare and unlikely scenario like this, we require you to inform us within 2 days of receiving the notification of order being complete so that we can take necessary action with the courier / delivery person and resolve the case.


How will my refund be processed once I return an item?

If you have paid using Braintree or Paypal for payment then we will reverse the payment in the same account that you paid from.

Optionally we may also issue the refund in Store Credit with your consent.


How long does it take to process refunds?

We issue refunds within 3 days on our end. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.

Are these products safe for my pet?

Absolutely! As fellow pet lovers, we make sure all of our products are made with non-toxic materials that are perfectly safe for your pet.

Do your products flash or do they just remain steadily lit?

The collars, leashes, and harnesses all have 3 modes: slow flash, quick flash, steady on.

How do I change the batteries?

On your collar, leash, and harness you will have a black battery box. You want to slide the battery box out of its nylon housing and pull the light strip out of the collar, leash, or harness. You will want to remove the three small screws on the back of the battery box (or use a flat head screw driver to split the battery box on newer collars). Once you do this, you will see the electrical components inside. Remove the two batteries and replace them with 2x 2032 3V lithium coin cell batteries. Replace the screws and place the battery box and light strip back into the collar, leash, or harness the same way you removed it.

Are your led dog collars and led dog leashes waterproof?

  • Our LED dog collars and LED dog leashes are water resistant.
  • The lighted dog collar will be fine in the rain (up to heavy rain), however we do not suggest submerging the item.
  • The lighted dog leash can withstand heavy rain, as the battery compartment is nested between two layers of nylon. Keep in mind however, depending on how saturated the nylon gets, it can potentially submerge the battery case.

How do I wash my led dog collar/leash/harness?

Our LED dog products are easy to wash:
Step 1: Slide the battery pack out of one side and pull outwards to remove the LED light distribution strip.
Step 2: Using lukewarm water, rub the collar by hand using mild laundry detergent. Please take care in making sure the detergent is not harmful to your dog.
Step 3: Rinse and let air dry.

How do I measure my dog for your products?

Does mydogcollars.com share any Personal Customer Information with anyone?

We share your personal information only with few of our trusted partners including the courier company, payment gateway and order tracking partner. Sharing of this data is necessary in order to fulfill your order. We will do our best to always protect your personal information.
