Even though outdoor pet futons are weather and mildew resistant, they are not intended to be thrown in a pool, or left without an overhead cover in a pouring rain. Following significant, or prolonged moisture exposure, we recommend futon covers be removed and cushions be allowed to air dry in the sun.
