At MyDogCollars.com, we and our vendor/manufacturers utilize a variety of carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx and Airborne Express) for shipping; and thus are bound by the rules of each carrier.
Most MyDogCollars.com merchandise is shipped Ground with a 5 to 8 day transit time; but, Overnight and Next Day are generally available. We charge shipping fees based on weight, distance and delivery method.
We ship to all 50 states and Canada, usually within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of order (made-to-order selections will take longer*).
We regularly ship merchandise to most countries around the world. International shipping generally runs $12- 14 for a small flat-rate box with delivery within 7- 14 business days. Prices for specific country delivery can be found at http://ircalc.usps.gov.
When purchasing for Holidays and special occasions, we encourage shoppers to allow two or more weeks for delivery. Last-minute shoppers should always select their delivery options accordingly. Customers having concerns about delivery feasibility are welcome to leave "order notes" or call us at 615-915-3487 during regular business hours.
Unless there is a manufacturer's defect, or an error on our behalf, shipping costs are NOT refundable.
*Please Note: Some brands such as Up Country, Faux Paw Productions and some others are made-to-order products. These products take longer to custom-make and ship, and shipping times are clearly marked on each product page.

All items (except pet beds) MUST be returned to MyDogCollars.com, 240 Ashington Court, Brentwood, TN 37027, within 14 days of the shipping date in new condition (including original packaging). For limited pet bed returns and general questions, customers need to contact: email@example.com. Please note that customized/personalized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return" policy and will not be accepted without prior approval.
Please ship returns prepaid with the package securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable -- the only exceptions are when the product was defective or MyDogCollars.com, or has made an error. Sadly, we cannot warrant our products against improper pet and human companion use.
Once an item has been shipped for return, we ask that customers wishing an exchange revisit our website to place a new order for additional merchandise. This allows us to process and track your exchange/replacement purchase without the possibility of error.
For a refund to be issued to your credit card, please allow at least 5 business days from the day we receive your return.
