Q. Does MyDogCollars.com offer any product
guarantees?
A. Yes, all MyDogCollars.com products
are guaranteed to be among the highest quality pet-related merchandise available
on the market. With few exceptions (noted below*), all products (in new
condition) ordered from us are exchangeable or returnable. Any defective item
will be replaced with an equal, equivalent or more expensive item.
Q. How secure and private is your website?
A. MyDogCollars.com is committed to
protecting the security and privacy of our valued customers. The site uses
secure servers (SSL) to automatically encrypt all of your personal information.
We use
extensive security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your
data once it is in our records.
Please note, in order to provide you with new
products, coupons and seasonal sales opportunities, we do gather e-mail contact
information. You may opt out of this free service at any time by simply clicking
on one of our unsubscribe links. Your e-mail contact information will never be
sold, traded or shared with any individual, company or marketing firm.
Q. What forms of payment do
you accept?
A. MyDogCollars.com accepts Mastercard,
Visa, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept payment
through PayPal and Google Checkout.
Q. Do you collect sales
tax?
A. Because our corporate office is located in
Missouri, we collect MO sales tax on all Missouri orders.
Q. What are your shipping
rates and policies?
A. At MyDogCollars.com, we and our
vendor/manufacturers utilize a variety of carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx and
Airborne Express) for shipping; and thus are bound by the rules of each carrier.
We charge shipping fees based on weight and
distance. In some instances, we run "Free Shipping" promotions on varied items.
Most MyDogCollars.com merchandise is
shipped Ground with a 5 to 8 day transit time; but, Overnight and Next Day are
generally available.
When it comes to purchases for Holidays and
special occasions, we encourage shoppers to allow two or more weeks for
delivery. Last-minute shoppers should always select their delivery options
accordingly. Customers having concerns about delivery feasibility are welcome to
leave "order notes."
We ship to all 50 states and Canada, usually
within 24 to 72 hours of receipt of order - made-to-order selections can take
longer. Canadan and International customers should contact:
orders@mydogcollars.com, for easy "How-To-Order" instructions.
Realize, personalized merchandise can take 2
weeks or more to process, ship and receive.
Unless there is a manufacturer's defect, or an
error on our behalf, shipping costs are NOT refundable.
Please Note: Faux Paw Productions, Melia Luxury
Pet and Up Country are generally made-to-order products.
Q. Can I return or exchange
a purchase; and what are your rules?
A. Yes, with a few exceptions. We want you
completely satisfied with the outstanding, great products you receive from
MyDogCollars.com. If there is a problem or concern with your purchase,
please email our Customer Service department at
orders@mydogcollars.com, within 5 days of receipt of order, for
Exchange/Return Authorization Instructions.
All items (except pet beds) MUST be returned to MyDogCollars.com, 2701 Penny Lane, Columbia, MO 65202, within 14 days of the shipping date in new condition (including original packaging). For limited pet bed returns and general questions, customers need to contact:
info@mydogcollars.com. Please note that customized/personalized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return" policy and will not be accepted without prior customer approval.
Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Please ship returns prepaid and insured with a the package
securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is
non-refundable -- the only exceptions are when the product was defective or
MyDogCollars.com, or our supplying vendor/manufacturer has made an error.
Sadly, we cannot warrant our products against improper pet and human companion
use.
Once an item has been shipped for return, we
ask that customers wishing an exchange revisit our website to place a new order
for additional merchandise. This allows us to process and track your
exchange/replacement purchase without the possibility of error.
For a refund to be issued to your credit card,
please allow at least 5 business days from the day our vendor/manufacturers
receive your return.
Specific exceptions to the above policy are
noted on our item-description pages and below:
* If you received "free shipping and handling"
on your original purchase, our standard S&H fees will be deducted from your
credit-card refund.
* Insured, freight-damaged merchandise must be
left in its original packaging for shipping-company inspection.
* Initially shipped merchandise returned (due
to customer changing-of-address) to the vendor/manufacturer, will be subject to
reshipping fees.

fee before 14 days are:

advice for pet owners?
A. Always supervise your pet whenever they wear
any accessory or use any product. All MyDogCollars.com products are used
at the owner's sole discretion and MyDogCollars.com and its parent
company, Bark, Hop & Meow Inc., accept no responsibility for any loss or damage
that may result. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is
expressly disclaimed. MyDogCollars.com and Bark, Hop & Meow Inc.'s
liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price
paid of the item. |
