Return Policy
We want you completely satisfied with the
outstanding, great products you receive from MyDogCollars.com. If there
is a problem or concern with your purchase, please email our Customer Service
department at
orders@mydogcollars.com, within 5 days of receipt of order, for
Exchange/Return Authorization Instructions.
All items (except pet beds) MUST be returned to MyDogCollars.com, 2701 Penny Lane, Columbia, MO 65202, within 14 days of the shipping date in new condition (including original packaging). For limited pet bed returns and general questions, customers need to contact:
info@mydogcollars.com. Please note that customized/personalized items are purchased with an "absolutely no return" policy and will not be accepted without prior customer approval.
Items which are received after 14 days are subject to a
50% restocking fee. Please ship returns prepaid and insured with the package
securely wrapped. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is
non-refundable -- the only exceptions are when the product was defective or
MyDogCollars.com, or our supplying vendor/manufacturer has made an error.
Sadly, we cannot warrant our products against improper pet and human companion
use.
Once an item has been shipped for return, we
ask that customers wishing an exchange revisit our website to place a new order
for additional merchandise. This allows us to process and track your
exchange/replacement purchase without the possibility of error.
For a refund to be issued to your credit card,
please allow at least 5 business days from the day our vendor/manufacturers
receive your return.
Specific exceptions to the above policy are
noted on our item-description pages and below:
* If you received "free shipping and handling"
on your original purchase, our standard S&H fees will be deducted from your
credit-card refund.
* Insured, freight-damaged merchandise must be
left in its original packaging for shipping-company inspection.
* Initially shipped merchandise returned (due
to customer changing-of-address) to the vendor/manufacturer, will be subject to
reshipping fees. |
